Business model

CoreTrek provides all offshoring facilities. CoreTrek also deals with all operational issues (selection, hiring, training and guidance of programmers) and infrastructural issues (workstations, hardware/software, connections). As a client you maintain control at all times, thus enabling our employees in Bulgaria to serve as a temporary or structural extension of your own ICT organisation. Add to that our no cure no pay policy and the fact that we guarantee the quality we deliver, and you will realise that there is much more in it for you than financial gain alone.

CoreTrek has employees operating in various disciplines and at various levels of education. There are two ways of employing our people and increasing your development capacity and level of flexibility. The first is by opting for project-based development (you will, project permitting, receive a fixed-price offer along with a sound project plan). The second is by opting for the expansion of your team by involving an external team.

Project oriented

Our services can be provided on a project basis. The team members are then selected by CoreTrek and a project plan is carefully drawn up with you. This plan covers all the activities, expertise and planning, including milestones, required for the project. Depending on the nature of a project, we can give you a fixed-price offer. Any projection must be based on sound planning, which in turn requires a clear design or at least a clear definition of the procedures leading to a design. We consider it important to communicate clearly and punctually, which is why we will always mutually agree on the next steps to be taken, making sure that you know what to expect of us and when. All mutual agreements are included as part of the project plan. Carrying out project-related activities requires the building of a team, which is why small and medium-sized projects - depending on team composition - require a project start-up time of 2 to 6 weeks. Large projects may require a start-up time of 7 to 8 weeks. Should you wish to realise more than one projects consecutively, the same team may be deployed for that purpose, in which case the start-up time is negligible.

Team oriented

In expanding your team with an external team you will have supervision over the team's composition. For obvious reasons we strongly recommend that you appoint your external team members in such way as to optimise team performance. One option is to build separate teams that are allocated to different disciplines. The other option is to build one team covering all disciplines. These options allows you to work in the manner most suitable for your organisation. You can either manage a team directly or leave its management to CoreTrek and its local project office. The latter option will also enable you to conduct all communications in Dutch, as CoreTrek will then manage the team and have all relevant technical documents translated.
